KARACHI: Regularization of plot rates


KARACHI, May 14: Karachi Building Control Authority will take steps, including a drastic cut in land regularization rates, to encourage industrialization.

The Chief Controller of KBCA, Brig (r) A. S. Nasir said in a press briefing here on Wednesday that the steps were in pursuance of government’s policy to boost industrialization.

He said that the Authority had proposed the provincial government a package which includes a two-third reduction in the regularization rates for industrial plots.—APP
