KRL, Army in semis
BANNU, May 13: A golden goal by Allah Nawaz helped Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) squeeze into semifinals after a 2-1 victory over Fata in the 45th national football championship here on Teusday.
Sakhi Rahman slammed home for Fata in the 23rd minute which was neutralised by Qadeer Ahmad in the 38th minute forcing the game into extra time.
Allah Nawaz struck five minutes into the first half of the overtime.
Pakistan Army marched into last four after a close 1-0 win over Sindh Reds thanks to a 38th-minute winner from Nasir Iqbal.
