Two killed in tribal clash

SUKKUR, May 13: Two Teghani tribesmen were killed and two others injured in an armed clash between Teghani and Chachar tribesmen in Miran-Ji-Deh on Tuesday.

Armed Chachar tribesmen attacked the Teghanis. Soon a gun battle started between both as a result of which Rano Teghani and Wahdoo Teghani were killed on the spot, while Misro Teghani and Server Teghani were injured.

The town police officer, Sadhoja, rushed to the area along with a strong contingent of police. However, the armed clash was continuing till the filing of this report.

25 INJURED: At least 25 people were injured in a clash between two groups of Mirani tribesmen over theft of fish from a pond of the district Nazim, Shikarpur, in the Haji Rasool Bukhsh Mahar village, Shikarpur district, on Tuesday.

Lemoo, Abdul Shakoor, Azizullah and Saleem Ali were seriously injured.
