KUWAIT CITY, May 11: Minister for Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis Abdul Sattar Laleka is due to arrive here today (Monday) on a two-day official visit to deliver a special letter of Prime minter Zafarullah Khan Jamali to Kuwait authorities.

Sources told Dawn that Mr Laleka would hold talks with Kuwait’s first Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah and would deliver to him a letter of Mr Jamali.

The minister, the sources said, would discuss with Kuwaiti officials about lifting a ban on visas to Pakistanis, which was imposed in 1999, so that Pakistani labour force could be inducted in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Iraq.
