NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, May 5: Tail-end growers of the Jethi Minor held a protest demonstration against the irrigation officials, Tharushah, for selling water here on Monday.

Growers of the Jethi Minor started marching from the Munuth bus stop and blocked the Tharushah-Naushahro Feroze link road for an hour. They raised slogans against the irrigation officials and protested outside their office in Tharushah.

They complained that since the irrigation officials were selling water, therefore, they were not receiving their share of water.—Correspondent
