PESHAWAR, April 22: A two-member bench of the Peshawar High Court here on Tuesday granted bail to a former chief engineer of the communications and works department, Sanaullah Babar, facing trial before an accountability court.
The bench comprising Justice Khalida Rachied and Justice Ijazul Hassan directed that the petitioner should be released after furnishing two sureties of Rs10 million each.—Bureau
