QUETTA, April 21: Balochistan Governor Abdul Qadir has urged upon young police officers to work with devotion and honesty for promoting a new culture in their department.
He was speaking to trainee officers of police group here on Monday. IGP Dr Shoaib Suddle was also present on the occasion.
The governor, replying various question asked by the under-training policemen, lauded performance of the Balochistan police saying that it played an important role in maintaining law and order and protecting the life and property of the masses.
Dr Shoaib Suddle on the occasion advised the trainees to fulfil their responsibilities for protecting people without any political considerations.
He informed the young officers that the provincial police had succeeded in busting the network of terrorists involved in rocket attacks on Quetta city and seized the biggest cache of illegal arms and ammunition in the province.
