KARACHI, April 11: The anti-terrorism court No 1 put off the hearing of a case against accused Faisal and two others, which pertained to a firing attack on a prisoners’ van.
Two people, including a police constable, Shakil, were killed when the prisoners’ van, also carrying some sectarian workers, was ambushed on February 28, 2002 near Bohra Pir in the police limits of Nabi Bux. The judge fixed Monday for the next hearing.
