HYDERABAD, April 6: The activists of the Labour Party Pakistan held a demonstration outside the press club to condemn the US-UK attack on Iraq.

They were led by the provincial president of the party, Dost Mohammad Channa.

Addressing the protest demonstration, the Labour Party leaders said that the US had attacked many countries in the past and had imposed sanctions against the others.

They said Iraq was neither the first nor would be the last victim of American aggression.

They said that 30 years had passed but the sanctions against Cuba had not been withdrawn.

They said that the Iraq war was in fact a war between the oppressors and the oppressed, and added that all the people of the world regardless of religion were protesting against the American aggression.

They called upon the progressive and leftist forces to expose the real designs of imperialism.

They urged the government of Pakistan to sever diplomatic and trade relations with the US and UK.
