KARACHI: Ties with Japan


KARACHI, April 1: Sindh government is working for the improvement of law and order situation to help further normalize local activities, promote investment, industrialization and tourism in the province.

This was stated by Sindh Excise and Taxation Minister Rauf Siddiuqi while speaking as chief guest at the golden jubilee celebration of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Japan.

The function was organized by the Japan Cultural Centre on Monday night.

The minister stated that Pakistan and Japan not only enjoyed cordial and friendly relations in political and economic fields, but also have strong cultural coordination.

He praised the efforts of the Japan Cultural Centre for organizing different events from time to time.—APP
