NEW DELHI, March 31: India on Monday announced a package of incentives to boost exports in IT software and other industries as the US-Iraq war was dampening demand in major markets.
Commerce Minister Arun Jaitley said export growth had shot past the target of 12 per cent to stand at 16 per cent in the current financial year which ends Monday, but warned the war could create problems in the future.—AFP
