ATHENS, March 29: Algerian forward Karim Mouzaoui and Albanian midfielder Bledar Kola were banned on Friday from playing in Greece for two years by the Greek Association of Professional Soccer Clubs (EPAE) after both players failed two dope tests.
Both players were also fined by EPAE 1,000 euros each for using the banned anabolic steroid nandrolone.
Mouzaoui, 28, formerly of Strasbourg, plays for Panionios Athens while Kola, 30, plays for Kallithea Athens, both clubs of the Greek first division.—AFP
