PESHAWAR, March 29: Arrangements have been finalized for the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal’s fourth million march here against the US attack on Iraq, organizers said on Sunday.

The MMA, Peshawar chapter, on Saturday met to discuss transport and security arrangements for the march. The march would begin from Ring Road Chowk and end at Hashtnegri Chowk. Traffic coming from the north and south of the province and from the tribal areas would be diverted to Ring Road.

Senior leaders, including MMA President Maulana Shah Ahmad Noorani, Qazi Hussain Ahmad and Maulana Fazlur Rehman, would speak to the marchers. Local leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) and other religious organizations would also attend the march.

The MMA would bear the expenses of the march said its spokesperson Maulana Jalil Jan while the district organizations would arrange transport for the marchers.
