KARACHI, March 29: Edhi Foundation will set up a network of ambulances in Baghdad and other war-affected cities of Iraq to save the lives of innocent people and provide the humanitarian service free of charge.
The Foundation has made a formal request to the Iraqi government in this regard, an announcement made here on Saturday said.
It further said that the ambulance operation would be linked with the international network and maintain the matching standards.—APP
