BANGALORE, March 27: After having played a stellar role in India’s World Cup campaign, pace spearhead Javagal Srinath on Thursday said he will give a “serious thought” on his future plans — whether to continue playing or retire.
The experienced speedster, who played in all 11 matches and captured 16 wickets for average of 23.06 in World Cup, hinted he would like to take time on deciding his future.
“I need to go back home and give a serious thought (on retirment),” Srinath told reporters.—PPI
