Lawyers ask Arabs to fight for Iraq

By Our Correspondent

MIANWALI, March 22: The District Bar Association took out a protest procession on Saturday to condemn the US led attack on Iraq.

The procession started from the Bar room and terminated at the Jahaz Chowk.

Speaking to the participants, their leaders said the US had bypassed the UN to attack Iraq. It could be the start of the third world war, they warned.

They said the US aggression was not only against a Muslim country but the Ummat. It could be a warning to the states like Iran, Syria and Pakistan, that the US might attack them after Iraq.

They condemned the leadership of Muslim countries for blindly following the US orders who was acting to save Israel. In fact, it was a Jewish conspiracy against the Muslims, they added.

They urged the Arab states to wake up from slumber and fight to save their Iraqi brethren.
