Bail granted
ISLAMABAD, March 19: The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted bail to an official of the revenue department, who was being prosecuted by the National Accountability Bureau for alleged corruption in land acquisition for the Left Bank Outfall Drain project in Mirpurkhas.
An SC bench, comprising Chief Justice Shaikh Riaz Ahmad, Justice Mian Mohammad Ajmal and Justice Mohammad Nawaz Abbasi, accepted the bail application of Land Acquisition Officer Fazalullah Siddiqui, who was accused of embezzlement.
