DADU, March 17: Indonesia will help the Sindh government to rehabilitate fishermen of Manchhar Lake and a team of experts will soon visit the lake in this regard.

This was stated by the Indonesian acting Consul General, Temu Allam, while talking to journalists at the irrigation rest house, Sehwan, on Monday.

He said that Indonesia would import rice, sugar and wheat from Pakistan and negotiation were going on for the purchase of 21,000 tonnes of sugar with the Pakistan government.

He said that the relations between Pakistan and Indonesia would further strengthen through trade.

He said that both the countries had helped each other in the difficult times.

He said that agriculture of Sindh province was affected due to shortage of water during current season.

DEMO: A large number of mosque school teachers held a demonstration here for the 12 consecutive day on Monday.

They were protesting against the appointment of a supervisor in the education department and alleged embezzlement of the school management committee funds.

They appealed to the Sindh minister for education to order an investigation against the EDO, education, Dadu.

The protesters were led by the district president, All Sindh Mosque School Teachers Association, Ali Akbar Panhwar.
