KARACHI: Drive against quacks

KARACHI, March 16: The Sindh government is contemplating a crackdown very soon on quacks and faith healers in the province.

This was stated by Chief Secretary K.B. Rind in a meeting with a delegation of citizens, who called on him here on Sunday.

“A well-coordinated action plan is being prepared in coordination with the departments of law, health, home affairs, information and the district governments,” he added.

Mr Rind said the government would not tolerate any outside influence in this regard.—APP
