Villager dies in Indian firing

SIALKOT, March 15: : A Pakistani was killed in Indianfiring at Bholly Sumbali village in the working boundary’s Bajwat sector here on Saturday.

According to official sources, Ghulam Hyder (45), son of Feroz Din, was passing through the fields when he was hit by bullets coming from the Indian side, which killed him on the spot.

The Indian forces kept firing at Pakistani villages in Sialkot working boundary’s Chhumb, Joriyan, Bajwat, Chaprar, Sucheetgarh, Bajra Garhi, Jammu, Akhnoor, Saamba, Darman, Zafarwal and Shakargarh-Narowal sectors throughout the day, also killing three animals and damaging several empty cattle sheds.

The Pakistani security forces responded effectively, killing two Indian soldiers and causing heavy material loss to the enemy, the sources claimed.
