KARACHI, March 13: Allama Shah Ahmad Noorani, chief of the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal, has said that the Muslims all over the world are with Iraq, while those attempting to divide the Ummah will soon stand divided.

Speaking at the annual Shahadat conference in New Karachi, held under auspices of the Jamiat Ulema-i- Pakistan, on Thursday, the MMA chief recalled that the US and its cohorts had targeted Iraq in the past also, but despite all conspiracies they failed to eliminate Iraq and this time they themselves would disappear. He questioned the loyalty of those who were asking about Pakistan’s relationships with Iraq forgetting that Iraq was the land of our faith, with tombs of prophets, Karbala-i-Moalla, mausoleums of Hazrat Ali (RA), Imam Abu Hanifa and Ghaus-ul-Azam Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani.

Criticizing the insensitivity of the Muslim rulers, he said that Muslims were encircled from all sides, and the blood of the Muslims was being spilled in Kashmir, Palestine, Chechenya, Bosnia, Philippine, Gujarat and other places, but the rulers had become insensitive and were playing the role of a silent spectator.
