RAWALPINDI, March 6: The Rawalpindi Bar Association (RBA)  will observe March 8 as black day against the Legal Framework Order (LFO).

According to the RBA president, the lawyers would condemn the “anti-constitutional and anti-democratic LFO” which gave sweeping power to the president.
