PESHAWAR, March 4: Various associations of the teachers have decided to hold peaceful protests against the proposed model university ordinance.
A press release said that a meeting was held on Tuesday, which decided that the series of protests would begin with a demonstration on Wednesday on the premises of the Peshawar University and then on the next Wednesday near the press club. Demonstrations would also be held in front of the Governor’s House and the Frontier House on March 25 and 26, respectively.
