SC asked to withdraw condition
ISLAMABAD, March 4: Pakistan People’s Party leader Jehangir Badar on Tuesday approached the Supreme Court to get its order directing the trial court to complete hearing of his case within a month withdrawn.
The Supreme Court on Feb 27 had ordered that if hearing of the case before the accountability court was not concluded within 30 days, he should be released on bail. —Staff Reporter
