LHC decides to dispose of all pending cases
ISLAMABAD, March 4: Lahore High Court has decided to dispose of all pending cases in the Punjab and federal capital as immediately as possible.
In a written order, the chief justice of Lahore High Court, Mr Justice Chaudhary Iftikhar Hussain, has directed the lower courts of the Punjab and federal capital to provide the detailed lists of pending cases from 1965 to 2002 within two days along with the reasons of pendency.
