Coldwave grips Quetta valley

QUETTA, March 2: Icy and gusty winds taken over the Quetta valley and many other parts of northern and central Balochistan as the temperature was dropped to seven degrees centigrade on Sunday.

The provincial capital wore a deserted look as most of the bazaars, shopping centres and markets remained closed. Gusty winds forced the people to stay indoors. The Met office said that chilly climate would continue during the next 48 hours.
