Training course for teachers
ISLAMABAD, March 2: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is organizing a six-day curriculum oriented in-service training course in economics for the teachers of various universities and colleges in Karachi.
According to a press release issued here on Sunday, the training session will be held at the HEC regional centre in Karachi from March 3 to 8.
The training is being conducted in collaboration with the department of economics, University of Karachi. As many as 45 teachers are expected to participate in the course.
Prof Shafiqur Rehman of economics department in University of Karachi will be the course coordinator.
