Heavy snowfall in Malakand
MINGORA, Feb 28: Heavy rain and snowfall, that started on Thursday, have paralyzed life in Malakand.
The chilly weather has forced the people to remain indoors.
The Mingora-Kalam road has remained closed for the last few weeks.
The communications system has been disrupted and power supply remains disconnected almost every day.
The situation is more serious in the Shangla district and upper parts of Swat.
