Four accused of kidnapping
SHIKARPUR, Feb 24: A woman, Ms. Khatoon of Faizabad, on Monday lodged an FIR with the A-section police that her daughter, Ms. Sardaran, had been kidnapped on gunpoint by accused Gulzar, Munawar, Manthar, Ghulam Shabbir and Lal Bakhsh, all Shaikhs by caste.
Meanwhile, Wasayo registered a case with the Faiz Ganj police against Gul Sher, Ghulam Mustafa, Dildar, Dahri, and four others, accusing them of having kidnapped Ms. Sunjani.
The villagers tried to resist when the police tried to arrest the accused, and freed the accused from the custody of the police.—Correspondent
