Nomination papers rejected

QUETTA, Feb 23: The member of the Election Commission, Justice Ahmed Khan Lashari, rejected the nomination papers of Yasmeen Baloch of the Balochistan National Party for senate election from Balochistan, on Saturday.

The judge accepted the application filed by a candidate Kalsoom Bibi challenging the acceptance of Ms Baloch’s nomination papers pleading that she is a teacher in government school.

The member of the Election Commission after hearing issued notice to the BNP candidate on women seat.

It was proved that she was working as a teacher in a government school.
