KARACHI, Feb 23: As elsewhere, the World Scout Day was observed in Pakistan on Saturday with enthusiasm.
According to an official of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association, the occasion was also the birth anniversary of the founder of the scout movement, Lord Baden Powell (1857-1941), a British soldier, who founded the boy scouts movement in 1907.
The scout units visited the mausoleum of Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.—APP
