Tehsil Nazim booked
SAHIWAL, Feb 22: On the directive of Punjab IGP, City police on Saturday registered a case against Tehsil Nazim and his accomplices for thrashing an ASI and keeping him in an illegal confinement.
Police sources said ASI Nasim of Lahore Township police station had come here to arrest a proclaimed offender implicated in a fraud case involving Rs2.8 million. Amir Shahzad and his accomplices Ramzan, Allauddin, Allah Rakha and Mst Bashiran Bibi allegedly beat up Naseem and detained him. They also got a false case registered against him with City police that he teased a maid and hurled threats to her.—APP
