BD, India have 7 unresolved issues: Morshed

DHAKA, Feb 22: Bangladesh has seven disputed issues to be resolved with India, Foreign Affairs Minister Morshed Khan told parliament on Saturday.

The unresolved issues include, according to Morshed Khan, demarcation of 6.5 kilometres of land boundary, demarcation of international maritime boundary, trade imbalance, dispute over the ownership of South Talpatti island, sharing of waters of the common rivers, exchange of the enclaves under the Mujib-Indira agreement of 1974 and a dispute over encroached territories.
