PSF trials from Feb 22

ISLAMABAD, Feb 17: The Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) plans to hold trials from Feb 22 for the forthcoming SAF Games.

A spokesman for the PSF said that 10 players would take part in the selection trials due to take place at the Roshan Khan Complex.

Mansoor Zaman, Shahid Zaman, Shamsul Islam, Farrukh Zaman, Muhammad Ilyas, Ijaz Azmat, Arshad Iqbal Burki, Majid Khan, Safeerullah Khan and Khayal Muhammad are the players who have been asked to appear in the trials. Amjad Khan and Zubair Ali are both unfit, the spokesman said.

The invited players will play two matches each day during the trials that will run for four and a half days.

Secretary of the PSF, Wing Commander Sajid Waheed and referees Mahboob Khan, Hanif Muhammad and Ayaz Khan will watch the trials.

The SAF Games open in Islamabad on March 29.
