KARACHI, Feb 9: Light winds enabled Master Shazli Tahir of NORE-1 Sailing Club to win the Optimist Cup with 6 Penalty Points on Sunday, says a press release.
Despite winning both races of the day, Abdul Rehman came in second as he was 2.7 points behind the lead boat.
