Frere House are champions

KARACHI, Feb 9: The red colours of Frere House once again dominated, when named the champion house for the sixth successive year at the Karachi Grammar School (College Section) Annual Athletics Sports Meet held on the campus ground Saturday.

The Victor Ludorum Trophy was awarded to Yasir Ali Minaj (Napier) and the Victrix Trophy was bagged by Marium Agha from Frere.

Nadir Daudi also from Frere was declared the O Level boys champion with Vigilia Bernard, who already holds two records in the 400 metres and 800 metres for Frere was declared the O Level girls champion adding the 200 metres dash with effortless ease and anchoring the Frere team in the 4x100 metres relay.

The march past trophy was once again picked up by Frere and was received by the house captains Amad Hussain and Marium Agha.
