JACOBABAD, Feb 9: Four children died when the wall of a dilapidated house collapsed on them in the Sadiq Khoso village, Kandhkot, on Sunday.

Of the four, three were siblings — Muneer, 10; Nazeer, 8; and their three-year-old sister. The fourth was a six-year-old cousin of theirs.

They were playing near the wall when it collapsed over them burying them under the debris.

Their parents were not in the house at the time. When they returned, they found all four children dead under the debris.

MAN KILLED: Some unidentified armed men shot dead a man, Mir Hazar Khoso, 18, outside his house near the Jacobabad Railway Station on Saturday.

The Saddar police registered an FIR.

JACOBABAD: Sindh minister for livestock and fisheries Manzoor Panhwar has denied that he was persuading the PPP MPAs to join the Patriots group.

Talking to journalists here on Saturday, he said that he was not involved in such activities.

However, he said that if a PPP MPA voluntarily decided to join the Patriots, he would welcome him.

He claimed that law and order situation was improving in Sindh and added that a border police force was being set up to check crime in the border areas of the province.
