KPT clinch title
KARACHI, Feb 2: Karachi Port Trust (KPT) clinched All-Pakistan Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto football tournament title after defeating Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) 4-2 on penalty shootout on Sunday.
The final was decided on penalties after both the sides remained locked at 0-0 in the stipulated time at Shafi Stadium
KPT’s Akhtar, Shakir Taj, Fareed Ahmad, and Idrees converted spot kicks. Taj Mohammad and Farooq Shah converted the penalties for SSGC, while Muslim and Ismail missed.
