KARACHI, Jan 28: An all-parties conference here on Monday demanded revival of the 1973 Constitution in its original form and rejected the Legal Framework Order (LFO).
The APC, attended by leaders of the MMA, Mohajir Qaumi Movement, Mazdoor Kissan Party, Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf, the PML (J), Pakistan Democratic Party, the MIT and the PNP, decided to convene a meeting of all heads of parties to evolve a consensus for launching joint struggles for the purpose. They demanded restoration of octroi to the city government.—PPI
