Ata for HEC, education ministry liaison
ISLAMABAD, Jan 24: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) will work in close coordination with the Ministry of Education and seek its support whenever needed.
This assurance was held out to Education Minister Zobaida Jalal by HEC chairman Dr Prof Ataur Rehman during a meeting here on Friday.
They also discussed at length about the virtual university system. Being chairman of the HEC, Dr Ata is taking care of the matters concerning the higher education.
Dr Ata assured that the HEC would keep the education ministry informed about every development in the higher education sector.
