KARACHI, Jan 24: The four-day Sindh Sea Festival-2003, earlier scheduled to begin in early February would now be held from Feb 20 to 23 at Clifton Beach.

The festival is likely to attract tens of thousands of visitors.

This was stated by the organisers of the Sindh Sea Festival-2003 at a meeting chaired by Home Secretary Aslam Sanjrani at the site of the festival on Friday.

The meeting was informed that the Sindh Festival-2001, held at Expo Centre had attracted over 170,000 visitors, 100 exhibiting institutions and 165 performing artists.

This year the mega festival is being moved to the area adjacent to Clifton Beach, next to Sindbad Amusement Park.—PPI
