KARACHI: DCET fees up by 50pc

KARACHI, Jan 22: The Dawood College of Engineering and Technology (DCET) on Wednesday unilaterally increased its admission and prospectus fees and asked the students of 2001-2002 and 1998-99 batches, studying in the second and third years, to submit Rs4,250 within 15 days instead of Rs1,720 which the college used to charge.

The students told PPI that the college administration had also increased admission fee up to Rs12,250, which was Rs6,250 earlier, besides enhancing prospectus price up to 1,350 from Rs800.
