3 Pakistani pilgrims die in S. Arabia


ISLAMABAD, Jan 20: Another three Pakistani Haj pilgrims have died of heart attack and other ailments in Makkah and Madina.

According to a statement issued by the religious affairs ministry on Monday, Noor Begum, 61, wife of Mohammad Ghani, passport No.163131, belonging to Lahore; Mohammad Nabi, 66, son of Juma Khan, passport No.457483, belonging to Quetta and Sajjad Hussan, 57, son of Altaf Hussain, passport No.189342, belonging to Talagang Tehsil, Chakwal, died.

Noor Begum and Sajjad Hussain were buried in Janatul Mualla graveyard, Makkah, and Mohammad Nabi in Janatul Baqi graveyard, Madina.

So far, eight Pakistani Haj pilgrims have died in Saudi Arabia.—APP
