ISLAMABAD, Jan 19: A Supreme Court Bench will on Monday hear seven petitions, challenging the ban on the losers of October polls to contest Senate elections.

The Bench comprises Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary, Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar and Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan.

The petitions have been filed by Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor, Rana Tanveer Hussain, Malik Umar Aslam, Asfandyar Wali Khan, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, Mir Shahjehan Khetran, and Mian Abdul Waheed.—APP
