Two shot dead
MINGORA, Jan 19: Two persons were shot dead and seven others critically injured over a land dispute here on Saturday in Kokarai village, some eight kilometres from here.
Those killed were identified as, Mohammad Ali and Habibur Rehman and the injured were Arman Ali, Niaz Ali, Riaz Ahmad, Shafiullah, Azizur Rehman.
Police have registered a case against Ali Haider advocate and fifteen other people.
At least a dozen of the accused were reportedly taken into custody by the Saidu police for interrogation. Relatives of the deceased have blamed Ali Haider advocate of opening indiscriminate firing on the victims.
