HYDERABAD, Jan 18: The Technology Transfer Institute of Pakistan, Agricultural Research Council, Tando Jam, in collaboration with the Sindh Agriculture Extension and Research Department, will organize field days at potato and wheat fields in January and February.

This was said by a spokesman for the Sindh Agriculture Extension and Research Department here on Saturday.

He said 7,500 tons of potato were produced in Sindh in 2001-2002 as against 1,506,000 tons in Punjab, 119,000 tons in Balochistan and 54,000 tons in NWFP.
