PESHAWAR, Jan 17: The university police on Thursday baton-charged the participants of a Dars-i-Quran at Islamia College and injured at least three students, one seriously.

A press release issued here by the Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) reads that the students were busy in Dars on Thursday morning at Takbeer Lawn of the college, when Principal Ajmal Khan came over there and asked them for suspending the session.
