Sialkot stage fight back
LAHORE, Jan 16: Sialkot staged a fine comeback in their fog-hit Quaid Trophy Group-III match against Lahore Whites at LCCA Ground on Thursday.
The home side could add only 91 runs in losing the last six wickets after resuming their first innings at 173 for four some 15 minutes before lunch.
Sialkot ended the day on 51 for no loss. Only 25.3 overs were bowled on Thursday.
Sheikhupura were all out for 257 against Pakistan Customs after resuming their first innings at 154 for three at Sheikhupura Stadium. At stumps, Customs were 43 for one.
Habib Bank, meanwhile, threw caution to the wind by adding 129 in 38 overs to the overnight 106 for one against Gujranwala at Lahore Country Club in Muridke.
