KARACHI: KU extends date for enrolment


KARACHI, Jan 16: The University of Karachi, on Thursday announced that the candidates of MBBS and BDS, of 2003 session, whose admissions were finalized within due date, but they could not submit their enrolment form and fee, could submit the same with late fee up to April 5.

RESULT: Karachi University examination department on Thursday declared the result of MEd (Evening), first year, annual examination, 2002.

As per statistics, total 21 candidates got registered and all appeared, out of whom 17 passed, 4 failed and the pass percentage remained 80.95.

Meanwhile, the varsity also announced the results of M Ed (Morning), annual examination, 2002.

As per statistics, total 108 candidates were registered, 105 appeared, 90 candidates passed, out of whom one got A-plus, 20 secured A, 58 secured B and 11 obtained C grade, while the pass percentage remained 85.71.

Saima Manzoor, seat No 382, secured first position, Fauzia Muhammad M ateen, seat No 330, secured second and Syeda Tassneem Fatima, seat No 321, got third position.

The result of seat No 346 was withheld. KU declares second-year M. Ed (Evening) result

SECOND YEAR RESULTS: The university declared the results of M Ed (Evening), second year examination, 2002.

As per statistics total 35 candidate got registered, all appeared, and 25 passed, out of whom two got A, 18 secured B and five obtained C grade, while the pass percentage remained 71.42.

The result of candidate having seat No 557 was withheld for using unfair means.—PPI
