LAHORE,  Jan 15: Asif Hussain was left high and dry on an undefeated 198 as Faisalabad reached 361 in their first innings against Servis Industries in the Quaid Trophy Group-I match on Wednesday.

Asif, who hit 26 fours while facing 323 balls, and Farooq Iqbal (91) put on 227 for the seventh wicket. Farooq’s knock was laced with 12 boundaries.

Servis replied with 71 for one.

Hasan Adnan scored 85 to help Wapda take a first innings lead of 93 runs in reply to Sargodha’s 100 at Sports Stadium in Sargodha.

Pacer Shabbir Ahmed captured seven for 70 as National Bank secured an invaluable advantage of 99 runs on the first innings against Lahore Blues at Gymkhana Ground in Okara.

The bankers further extended their lead to 240 by making 141 for six in the second innings.
